Introduction: Welcome to the Limited Warranty for Paranormic Spirit Box. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and outstanding customer service. This Limited Warranty is a testament to our confidence in the design, manufacturing, and functionality of our electronic devices. It is designed to offer you peace of mind, knowing that your purchase is protected against defects and malfunctions.

Eligibility Criteria: This warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the product or a person who received the product as a gift. The warranty is non-transferable. To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide proof of the original purchase date. Acceptable proof includes a dated sales receipt or an order number from Paranormic.

Coverage Details: Paranormic Spirit Box is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of original purchase. If your device malfunctions or becomes non-functional due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace the product with a new or refurbished device of equal or greater functionality. This warranty covers only the hardware components packaged with the product. It does not cover software, even if packaged or sold with the hardware.

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the form below or contact our Customer Service team at hello@paranormic.com. Provide a detailed description of the issue and the circumstances under which the malfunction occurred.
  2. A representative will call you to ask a few questions and assist with troubleshooting to confirm the malfunction.
  3. If a defect is confirmed, our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your product to our service center.
  4. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and a brief written description of the defect.
  5. Pack the product securely and send it to us, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Limitations and Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or other external causes.
  • Damage resulting from the use of the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Paranormic.
  • A product or part that has been modified in any way without the written permission of Paranormic.
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Normal wear and tear.
